When trust breaks down, innovation begins

How it started

Healthcare should be built on trust. But for our CEO, Sury Agarwal, finding the right provider was frustrating and time-consuming, revealing a much larger problem: the healthcare industry lacked any trustworthy, unified source of provider data.

A provider data system worth fixing

Inaccurate provider directories and inefficient systems exposed cracks in the system, raising a fundamental question: How could technology transform fragmented data and unreliable records into trusted intelligence? Drawing on his background in data and analytics, Sury set out to solve this problem at its foundation.

Applying proven expertise

Sury and his team brought proven experience tackling complex data challenges, previously using digital tools to monitor 200B+ daily events with precision, accuracy, and reliability. Their rigorous approach to data quality and accuracy became the core of Candor Health: AI-native intelligence and human partnership.

Sury Agarwal is on a mission to transform how healthcare organizations access, manage, and trust provider data. As CEO of Candor Health, he leads the development of an AI-native platform that supports payers, digital health companies, and provider groups with care navigation, referral management, network strategy, and regulatory compliance. Sury brings 12+ years of experience solving complex data challenges at scale. Previously, he was VP of Engineering and part of the founding team at Moat, which was acquired by Oracle for $850M in 2017. He is a Cornell University graduate.

As CTO of Candor Health, Lucky oversees the technology that turns complex provider data into strategic intelligence for healthcare organizations. Lucky brings 10+ years of engineering leadership experience at early-stage startups and high-growth tech companies. Previously, he was Co-Founder and VP of Engineering at Axuall, a next-generation provider credentialing platform, and held leadership roles at Moat (Oracle) and Critical Mention (Onclusive). He is a Case Western Reserve University graduate.
